Our Student Ministry serves parents and their children from 6th – 12th grade. Our ministry looks to encourage parents during these pivotal teenage years. As our teens grow in understanding of the Gospel and its effects of their lives we want to come alongside and help them grow in maturity of Christ’s likeness before they leave the house.
This summer our student ministry will be going to DWELL Camp at
Highland Lakes in Austin.
The cost for camp is $395. If you are in need of financial assistance for your student to attend camp, please contact Leann Callaway at lcallaway@fbcirving.org to receive a scholarship application.

The primary way that we believe that parents can disciple their children is through the practice of Family Worship. Family Worship is the daily practice of the worship of God in the home that is led by the parents. There are three basic elements of Family Worship: read, pray, and sing. Our desire is to equip our parents to lead their homes in the worship of God. So whether your family encompasses babies, children, youth, or all of the above we want to help encourage you in this endeavor. Below are resources on Family Worship in the home.
Our weekly small groups meet on Sunday mornings on the 3rd floor starting at 9:00am. Pancakes are served each morning starting at 9:00am before we break out into our small groups at 9:30am. After our small groups, we encourage our students and families to attend the 10:45 AM worship service in the worship center.
The aim of Wednesday Night Student Gathering is to spend time in the Word of God, and enjoy time in community with one another. We are excited to gather every Wednesday on the 3rd floor from 6:15 PM - 7:45 PM.
