Making Disciples For The Glory Of God

We exist to make disciples locally and globally for the glory of God.

To live this mission out as a local body of believers, we must live in gospel-centered community with one another. We believe God’s word encourages gospel-centered community as the context of local disciple-making within the body of Christ. Our gospel-centered vehicle for local disciple-making is our Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF) classes that meet on Sunday mornings and in different gatherings throughout the week. We offer ABF classes for every age and stage and life circumstance. Our Adult Bible Fellowships have Four Aims we hope to accomplish as we pursue local disciple-making and seek to glorify Christ:

To know and delight in God’s word

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on His law day and night. - Psalm 1:1-2

To walk in the Spirit

So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. - Galatians 5:16-18

To commit to accountable community

Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.  - Ephesians 4:25

Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. - Galatians 6:2

To go and do likewise

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” - Matthew 28:18-20
