Reteach:
3. Matthew 26:1-5 – Recount the story of the Passover, what happened? (Ex. 12:1-13) How does the story of Passover correlate with Jesus and what was foreshadowed in the sermon passage? (v.2) What does this teach us about the grand narrative of Scripture?
4. Matthew 25:6-13 – In this section, which of the characters demonstrate worship and commitment of Jesus? Why would this be surprising to the original readers of Matthew’s Gospel? How does the response of the disciples demonstrate their heart?
5. Matthew 25:14-16 – How do these verses demonstrate the contrast between Judas and the woman? What does the fulfillment of these prophesied events teach us about our God and His Word?
